Ecompanio is a free AI-powered resume optimization tool that helps job seekers improve their resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The Service includes:

• Resume analysis and ATS compatibility scoring
• Keyword optimization suggestions
• PDF resume generation and download
• Job description extraction from URLs
• AI-generated cover letters and LinkedIn messages (Pro plan)

The Service is provided free of charge with a limit of 1 analysis per user per day.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using Ecompanio, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the Service.

4. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your resume and profile
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Not upload malicious files or content
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Not use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, including your resume, profile information, and personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI (including optimized resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn messages) is provided for your personal use. You may use, modify, and distribute this content as you see fit for your job search purposes.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Ecompanio and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Job Guarantee: Ecompanio is a tool to help optimize your resume and job application materials. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcomes from using our Service. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside our control.

AI Limitations: AI-generated content (cover letters, suggestions, LinkedIn messages) is provided as a starting point and may require your review and editing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific situation.

Service Availability: We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecompanio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
